The prices quoted on this Web Site include Australian GST (where applicable).
At the time of placing your order, all of the items need to be sent to print unless otherwise specified. Items marked as ‘pre-order’ are excepted, as are certain items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Very occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) and any remaining items will be shipped to you.
Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only, and no rainchecks are available.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you through Australia Post or another courier. Full details of our current charges can be found at the checkout, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Large or bulky shipments may not be subject to our standard shipping charges. In these instances, we will contact you with the additional shipping costs according to the weight/measurments of your order. We are currently shipping orders from Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays and closure holidays eg, over the Christmas Break), if you require you order urgently please contact us at email@example.com
Our regular shipping rate is $10. . If you would like to have your order sent express please send us an email and we double check the size and the order and advise any fees for larger express items.
Goods are shipped from our depatch centre in Horsham, Victoria. We ship your order once it comes off our printers. Please allow longer during peak times and our sales. You will receive an email from us when we ship your order, including a tracking number for your delivery. Please note that quoted shipping timeframes are not guaranteed. Items that are marked as ‘pre-order’ will be shipped when stock is received into our warehouse. Orders containing pre-order items will be delivered in one shipment when pre-order item is available. If you would like any products that are available to be sent prior to your pre-order item please contact us to arrange an additional shipping payment.
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel in most cases. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at <=>. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg Christmas and Easter. Lark does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we do not refund items that arrive later than required, though you may return them at your cost for a credit (exclusions may apply). A signature is required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia Post should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery through the Australia Post tracking number that can be found online. Australia Post will return your order to Lark if you do not arrange to pick it up promptly. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a $15 Australia Post Return Fee for re-delivery of your parcel as we are charged this fee. Lark does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. No re-imbursement will be made by Lark in such cases. A redelivery fee will also need to be paid by the customer. If your items are lost or damaged in transit with Australia Post or another courier, we will submit an investigation with Australia Post and this will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Postage will not be reimbursed.
All of our products are printed and personalised for you so we can not accept any returns.
If you believe your item is faulty please contact our Customer Service team for advice, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products. In this instance you must supply proof of purchase and images of the said faulty items.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders once placed via the Lark website are considered final. Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it. In the case of cancelling an Afterpay payment (if it isn’t too late/in agreement that your order can be cancelled) there is a $5 fee as incurred by Afterpay you is passed on to the customer in the event of cancellation.
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site or in our catalogue that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, photographs, pricing, information and availability. To the extent permitted by law, Lark reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
When you create an account on our Web Site your data is stored on Lark’s secure server. You will receive newsletters and other promotional material from Lark, which you can opt out of by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on a newsletter or contacting our Customer Service team. Your data may be shared with our associated companies.
